CODE OF ETHICS
Although the fields of coaching and therapy are not regulated by a state agency or regulatory board, it is nonetheless essential to respect a code of ethics and professional conduct derived from the founding principles, fundamental values and ethical standards of coaching and other professions.
✨ In the interest and respect of my clients, I commit myself to:

⊹ Respecting the confidentiality of the information confided to me during the sessions.

⊹ Refusing to offer coaching and therapy sessions if not aligned with my ethics, the law, my area of expertise or the person's interests, and recommending other professionals if necessary.

⊹ Respecting the person in their identity and personal values,. adapting my work to their needs and pace without trying to impose or rush things.

⊹ Respecting a certain distance, and, conscious of my position, not allowing myself to misuse my influence.

⊹ Leaving the person fully responsible for their decisions and the results they entail, the coach/therapist having an obligation of conduct, not an obligation of results.

⊹ Interrupting the process and/or delegating responsibility to another coach or qualified therapist as soon as I find that I have reached the limit of my skills and abilities.
⊹ Making sure that the person benefits from my training, knowledge, experience and professional skills in response to the issues addressed.

⊹ Enriching my work continuously and continuing to work on myself on an ongoing basis.
